What’s the deal with a convention of states? Can we use this to reign in the federal government? If this is the way, realistically how do we make it happen?
I don’t know much about it pedes, but it seems like one way to go. Any of you know a thing or two? What are some pros or cons and is it even feasible?
It's the lesser-known path of constitutional amendment via the state legislatures laid out in article 5 of the federal constitution. A good deal of state legislatures have signed on, many have pending bills.
