If she's not charged, we'll know for certain how rigged the system is.

It is rigged. However this case would be a perfect example of political prosecution. Get a great attorney that’s in it for the cause and this would be a huge deal. This is only the beginning Pedes.

If she's not charged, his attorneys have great grounds for appeal under the Equal Protection Clause.

It would be racist to charge her

I wouldn't take that bet even for a buck. They are the secret police of an illegitimate regime and their sole function is to target and punish political opponents and other dissidents.

They'd have to charge her and go after her w equal vigour, or that is a 100% defense for the guy who was charged

Not with our completely corrupt judicial system. I have lost all faith in it after this illegitimate election.

guy that keeps posting the fake elon musk bitcoin scam must be laughing at his beachhouse. Next door to the folks that openly threatened and wrote obscenities at our President for 4 years.

Could she be charged by state authorities? If it was seen by someone in TX, could the state AG prosecute? It is the old idea, for everyone of ours, we take two of yours.

It would be thrown out as speech protected by the 1st Amendment.

Maybe a few hundred thousand calls from us tipping them off to this will get the point across.
