"we can do two things at the same time"... dumb cunt. This is probably the worst time to do two things at the same time and to oversimplify it like its easy... is incredibly dumb. You dont trash one industry without having another in its place to take over and you have to do it gradually.

The fact that the government thinks the only way to get the green industry going is to destroy the current oil industry is a pretty definite sign that the green energy industry isn't going to be taking over any time soon.
