It's pretty simple math really. Destroy 50 million jobs, achieve a new baseline, erase all prior downturn news, and start anew. Find 100 thousand people who found a new job recently, and you are now responsible for creating 100 thousand NEW jobs. God I wish my bank account would work this way.
