So is recycling.

If resources were scarce, their prices would go up, and you'd have door-to-door trash buyers voluntarily picking your trash up for you.

Don't recycle. It's a waste of time and money.

It's just virtue signaling for the green religion.

We shipped almost all "recycling" to China to be dumped in the ocean because almost no real recycling is anywhere close to economically viable.

Tried recycling glass lately? Can't because China stopped paying for it as part of their trade war on US.

Also if you bury inert hardened sand (glass) in the ground what harm can it do?
