Here’s the kicker: how can they PROVE that beyond reasonable doubt? I’m interested in seeing how they attempt to prove this. This is dangerous ground they are treading. Way I see it, they are attempting to assume what not only intentions are behind a meme but also the outcome from what happens when people see it. But again, how are they going to prove it was interference?
