Another way to think about it is, inflation means your fixed mortgage becomes a better deal so that helps millions. Yeah you'll buy less with your money at grocery store, afford less circus (again fuck sports and musicians, and hollywood), etc. You'll have to make tougher choices but your adaptability to survive will remain the same. You'll shed the unnecessary and grow as a person and many others will have to live as you are but this time they'll remember what they had and who took it from them.
