Absolutely, and beautiful. It has that "come with me if you want to live" vibe, which seems so much like her spirit. Not that "here's a side profile" like a boring-assed dead president.
Love it, however if you let the left know we want her on the $20 they will change their minds. when they do this we must make sure people know she was a gun toting die hard Republican fighting off KKK democrats.
Harriet Tubman was a victim of white privilege and this should be the lesson taught to all.
The underground railroad was created by rich elite north white men to give the appearance that they were doing something.
The reality is none of these rich elites put themselves in any actual danger or jeopardy to 'free' anyone.
They recruited black and poor white people to take all the risk, and it was a HUGE risk, being caught participating in the railroad was immediate execution.
So while the rich elites held cocktail parties and bragged to their other rich friends how they were helping the negro to stroke their ego and virtue signal to their community ACTUAL black and poor white people were murdered and the bodies left to rot doing the work.
This Tubman on the 20 is just another way for the elite to walk on the backs of actual GIANTS who really took risks.
Say what you want about Andrew Jackson but he changed the course of US history.
Conquered new lands, got ordinary citizens involved in government, and shaped the age he lived. At most Harriet Tubman freed a few slaves. There’s no comparison between the two
The more you study an unbiased history of Old Hickory the more you will like him. Most Badass President we've ever had. Trumps pretty good but would he stand for at least 14 pistol duels or nearly beat an attempted assassin to death with a cane? etc etc. He needs to stay on the 20. Honor Harriet some place else.
Just by being president, of course he did more. I still like her style and legacy in being a rebel bringing people to freedom. But "Shhhhh!" about that.
It was a meme/mockup when the Obama administration was talking about putting Tubman on a $20. I thought it was awesome then, but now it's considered "racist" and of course the gun is a no-no.
It's so good, I honestly don't know if it was a joke or a real idea.
Badass!!!

That might be a valid political strategy. Agree with what they want.
"Hey, if they want it... I don't anymore!"

True, but good luck selling that!
I grew up on an Army base in Italy in the 80s, this was considered an education back then.
Damn. You had a very rare and based history teacher. I think by the time I reached high school they were done teaching history.
I graduated in '85. I feel like you're older than that.
With my kids I had to ask them, "Was the Berlin Wall built to keep people in or out?" They had no idea.
Awesome, get that genocidal Democrat off the $20 and put an abolitionist Lincoln Republican on it!

That looks like something I’d hang on my wall 👍

That's.... I think I could live with that. Never cared that much for Jackson anyway...
Is this a joke?
