No it hasn’t. I’m a professional illustrator and computer artist with thirty years of professional experience and forty years over all. It’s the same guy. All the markers around the eyes, nose, mouth line up. On top of that, hairline, chin and jaw are the same. I have no idea why you’re defending him, but that’s the same guy.

Molded disposable plastic bottling wasn't constructed that way in the 1980s. Denim distressing was really different in the 80s. Commercial signage printing was vastly different then what you see there. If you want to compare years of relevant professional experience I'll compare favorably on two of those three items to however many years a lifelong graphic designer brings to the table.

The only thing I'm arguing is that the photo isn't what you're saying it is. There are a lot of similarities between the two faces if you try to calculate age-related differences in your head, but check out photos of young Mike Pence and it further crumbles pretty quickly.
To be clear, I'm not even discussing Pence, whether he is or isn't compromised, is or isn't a closeted homosexual, all of that is just tangential and unrelated noise to my point: that isn't him in the photo.
But if you're intent on finding premises to justify your foregone conclusions, then carry on.
