Anything is possible, while it would be a great place to station of course, it has the negative bonus of being closest to the danger of China..
I also believe being in the military and accepting bribes is very risky.. you could be drummed out losing all ranks, executed ECT ECT and those below you would rat on you for promotions..
I thought it was worth mentioning.. most people don't know Micheal Flynn has a brother who is a general too..
