They actually mean: "Aristocrat."
There was a time in America that We reviled everything aristocratic, for good reason, as it was a hatred of the few and powerful exploiting the masses, the masses that actually make everything happen in day-to-day life...keep the lights on, keep the food in the stores, repair the roads, wire the networks, take away the rubbish, and everything else.
Just remember, none of these "Elites" could survive 96 hours in a campground without assistance from 30 "lessers." They are fragile. They are weak, They are a cancer upon our collective well being. They are blood-filled ticks that live on your blood.
