They're in thrall to the racists. Imagine cancel culture threatening to fire you for any wrong word when your entire job is saying things. All the people who would resist that bullshit have already been fired and the only ones left are on board. The worst of them love the policies. The best of them can't see the policies don't actually help racism in any way and believe they are freeing black people.
