I had no idea that hard work, good values, and being polite were bad things! I thought it was good for society for people to work hard to earn what they want.
They aren't at all. While this is cloaked as an attack on "white people", it is thinly cloaked. It is an attack on Americanism. As a Catholic, I can identify with about 90% of this- the biggest difference being that I don't place work before all else and the whole "status" thing. When I work, I do the best that I can, and if that doesn't make me number one, then who cares. Also, I cannot identify with "status". I am who I am. Status is definitely a liberal, white, elite thing. Normal American's couldn't care less about status. They care about putting food on the table and a roof over there head.
