We don’t live in the medieval times or the classical period where you help people or do such things just because of respect and honour of your people and towards others, it has advanced, we help those who need it because it is righteous and good.

When The People are not united in the culture, language and customs of the area in which they inhabit, for either hundreds of generations or just a couple of years then anything can be deemed as universal and a custom of the inhabitants.
