Your employer doesn't give a fuck how you handle your taxes. You can file exempt whenever you want. You'll just have to pay instead of getting a refund. I used to file exempt for 6 months of the year and then regular for the rest. It usually broke even in the end.
You can file exempt, but the IRS has a fun little program called Withholding Compliance. This is where, if they think you're not withholding enough, they order the employer to withhold you taxes at the Single/Zero-deductions rate (they give you 60 days to negotiate a more amenable withholding rate.)

Fun thought, but no. Imagine if you had no money, but you could print as much as you like. It's (aleady) like that.
They can print money, but not value. Value is derived from the currently existing money. Now imagine if there was something you could buy, something with market value, i.e actual value. Something that you could eat, something that you could use to convince others to do as you say and something you could exchange for gods and services, but not FIAT money.
Then at least you wouldn't lose your wealth while they run their schemes. It would be the left loosing the little breadcrumbs they have left, but why should they care, when they get "free stuff" anyway.
