I think the difference is that the baker objected to being forced to make a creative piece celebrating gay marriage. He didn't want to kick gay people out of his shop, and he suggested another bakery that would be happy to make a cake for the couple. He certainly didn't try to put bakers who made cakes for gay weddings out of business, he just declined to make them.
I don't think Jack Dorsey should be forced to write Tweets he doesn't agree with, but he needs to needs to clearly and transparently state that views and tweets are curated according to what ever the hell he feels like, and that algorithms are used to suppress or boost certain views, that he is in fact a publisher. Anyone who had property burned or was injured in BLM riots should be able to name him in lawsuits for distributing Tweets that encouraged or glorified destruction of property or rioting because he clearly allowed those and suppressed or removed any that he disagreed with.
