As some of us suspected, GEOTUS' legal battles were trainwrecked by a drunk and incompetent Rudy Giuliani -- astounding inside account of the post-election mess of incompetence that punted away the election -- Patrick Byrne, Overstock CEO (Sidney Powell understood the steal, RG did not)

I love Rudy to death, but he has been past his prime for a very very long time now. I think Trump was just trying to give one of his oldest friends and biggest supporters the benefit of the doubt... I think Trump was praying that Rudy was still as sharp as he himself is, but unfortunately that isn't the case and anyone who's been paying attention has known this for quite some time....
What surprises me a bit is not only the "past his prime" part but combined with his INCOMPREHENSION of what the problem was ...
His INSISTENCE that you "cannot win an election fraud case."
And his alcoholism, which I suspected in the little glitches and halts whenever he is on War Room.
ALSO, he hypnotized Bannon into rejecting the varied Powell scenarios involving servers and rigging, which is just so unfortunate.
I suspect also that GEOTUS simply couldn't get anyone else to TAKE THE CASE. Byrne is getting into how Big Law backed out.
You don't win Big Cases without Big Law (the Bois, the Dershowitz's, the Marc Elias's).
But what is fishy to me is where did the 250 million raised go? Hell even if lawyers were afraid to take the case for fear of their safety, you pay a couple top lawyers 10-20 million each and they are set for life.
Something tells me someone was advising him not to do this and just stick with Rudy and his feckless White House attorneys
Hmm excellent point. I wonder if the droning or whatever it was of that kid in Georgia was a warning ?
YES. I hope Patrick Byrne either addresses this in the final chapter of his Deep Capture series or someone in the comments can explain whatever the malevolent threat was.
