As some of us suspected, GEOTUS' legal battles were trainwrecked by a drunk and incompetent Rudy Giuliani -- astounding inside account of the post-election mess of incompetence that punted away the election -- Patrick Byrne, Overstock CEO (Sidney Powell understood the steal, RG did not)

No one is missing that point. I've posted all over the place that BigLaw bailed on the case, and that was pretty fatal to the legal rute. Other posted here and in other threads that that was a huge problem. Yes, Rudy was better than nothing, but he was NOT sober enough to really take the wheel of the ship.
True, up to a point. the "Holiday Inn meetings" attracted some ridicule, but at least somebody was doing something.
Your facts are incorrect.
The case that went the farthest went to the WISCONSIN SUPREME COURT with NO RUDY.
Jim Troupis -- not RUDY -- represented Trump and almost pulled it off -- 4-3 decision, with 3 going for the prez.
Not only Troupis, but Trump attorney Jesse Binnall in NEVADA arguably did better than Rudy. He got ELECTION LAW on the table and was enormously prepared with his witness statements and illegal voters.
We're on the same page ultimately Fren, and I think you are turning. your anger at this clusterfark in a direction toward Frens. I get it. But Rudy was ESPECIALLY a problem in terms of DESTROYING the ability of the Patriots on the "machine" side of the argument to gain traaction, hiding the President from good intel, and being a stupid drunk in the nation's moment of need.
Was he a Bush Cartel plant? Might as well have been.
