If your company is allowing employees to wear Burn Loot Murder masks, keep your head down and your mouth shut until you can find another job. Your management wants to be woke and any peon ( white person ) that dares speak will be labelled a racist and shown the door.
I live in a blue state too. I don't dare make my opinions known, but occasionally I meet someone and conversation drifts carefully and then enthusiastically into our true MAGA beliefs and that's always awesome.
Can't help you with the masks, but it's very disturbing and so wrong that management allows it!
I know someone personally working in federal government. They are allowed to wear BLM anything because it’s not a “political” party. Supporting blm was actually encouraged. Maga is prohibited.
Probably have to talk to each employee one at a time and share truth. But then again they don’t understand truth because they are brainwashed. Lead by example and pray about the situation.
Thanks for all the quick replies! I am working on IT certs and a degree, so I'm trying to bide my time until then, but looking at the comments I am encouraged to ramp up my job searching. Finding another company would be ideal, rather than get into trouble. A part of me wants to fight it, but it probably isn't worth it. I appreciate the honesty!
