They can't get rid of him as long as Goya is doing well, but if you want him and his immediate family to suffer and him to get replaced with someone that loves Trump less or not at all then boycott. If the company sees a rapid downgrade of sales because of their little stunt to stop a good CEO they will have to take back what they did.
Or they'll just blame it on him, which is far more likely and you'll cost him his job. The board isn't going to fire itself.
