I ask you to look at the leadership you have and ask yourself just what they do with the money from your dues. They lie just like all the politicians they endorse! How many of you could have used a $5000 check when you had no where to find work or were asked to take a furlough due to lack of work? You really should do some research on where the labor union movement came from and who started it in America. The "leadership" of the union movement hasn't changed since its inception. Started by communists in America in the 1830s or so, this was their first step in the plan to subvert America.
Nothing has changed in their agenda since then.
If a third party wants to get involved in a negotiation, the first question you should ask is "what value are they bringing to this negotiation, and is it greater than the value I could negotiate for myself, and what cost are they bringing to the negotiation, and does it outweigh the benefits they are bringing to the negotiation?"
This is the same line of reasoning you should use for lawyers, agents, unions, sports managers, etc. Why do you need a third party to negotiate for you? Do they really represent your interests, or their own?
In our state, we had a union try to organize in our place of work. This union collected over a million in dues last year. Turns out, ALL their political donations were to democracts in other states. Did exactly zero politically in the home state.
