Four bedroom on an acre WITH FAST INTERNET is over 300K and over 400K in/near a city. Floods and Tornados all in the midwest to the east, and hurricanes in the south too, get good insurance.
Huh? I’m no where near any floods and never had tornados here.
This is why I plan on moving to Wyoming to settle down.
