The AZ Senate needs to grow a pair and seize the machines. The legislatures continue to be steamrolled by these Executive branches. It is the job of the legislatures to enact the laws, the executive branch carries them out, and if there are disputes the judicial branch decides if they were broken. The judicial branch did that and awarded remedy to the legislatures in the form of an audit as they see fit. Why is the AZ Senate even entertaining a settlement here? It is beyond absurd that they can get away with evading a subpoena. SEIZE THE DAMN MACHINES! Conduct your audit. We are playing too nice on our side. Enough is enough. These county officials have no valid claim. Any anti-transparency agreements they may have signed would be nullified by election law which protects election records as public data for 22-24 months.
