Maricopa was going to have Allied Security Operations Group (ASOC) also participating in this audit until they dismissed them yesterday. They are independent and did the Anterim County, MI audit that showed tons of fraud:
It is painfully obvious what is going on. They dumped a firm that has previously found fraud with Dominion machines in favor of two shell firms that won't!

It appears that Pro V&V and SLI Compliance are basically shell companies with little support for their work. They also don’t appear to be currently accredited by the USEAC and there is no evidence SLI ever was accredited other than their statement on their website that they are. Despite all of this, the politicians in Maricopa County just selected these two companies to ‘audit’ the likely corrupt results in their county. They claimed to select Pro V&V and SLI because the companies were accredited.
The AZ Senate needs to grow a pair and seize the machines. The legislatures continue to be steamrolled by these Executive branches. It is the job of the legislatures to enact the laws, the executive branch carries them out, and if there are disputes the judicial branch decides if they were broken. The judicial branch did that and awarded remedy to the legislatures in the form of an audit as they see fit. Why is the AZ Senate even entertaining a settlement here? It is beyond absurd that they can get away with evading a subpoena. SEIZE THE DAMN MACHINES! Conduct your audit. We are playing too nice on our side. Enough is enough. These people are destroying our country and we are still trying to follow the system. AZ SENATE: BREAKING NEWS - YOU WON YOUR DAY IN COURT. NOW GO GET WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY YOURS. These county officials have no valid claim. Any anti-transparency agreements they may have signed would be nullified by election law which protects election records as public data for 22-24 months. This needs to get upvoted to the top. We cannot forget that the fight to expose the voter fraud is not over. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is where we need a million or so PEACEFUL protests. If you can't be there, call, write, email, post, send smoke signals, buy billboards, etc. Anything to dox the traitors that helped steal the election.

I had originally bookmarked the link on Maricopa's own YT channel, and they have deleted the entire day's worth of testimony! Pay attention to how different the Republican-area ballots are from the Dem counties and how the Rep ballots are basically designed to go to a forced adjudication, which creates a new digital ballot image and disregards the paper ballot.
This is also why they won't let anyone near the paper ballots even though the law says they are supposed to.
Remember what Patrick Byrne's team found too: CHINESE SHIPPING RECEIPT HAS BEEN RECOVERED AMONG HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF SHREDDED BALLOTS IN GEORGIA which is now in the hands of DHS Atlanta. Two federally certified forensic examiners have affirmed the ballots in the shred do not match the legitimate ballots

Pro V&V were the certifiers of the machines prior to the election if I remember correctly.
AZ Senate won't be fooled by this and neither should you.
The Legislature already issued subpoenas and won their case in court.
The supervisors' unauthorized audit is non-compliant with the subpoenas.
Arrests and imprisonment for contempt next.
Sonny Borelli is the Majority Whip and he already made his decision. He is choosing the audit companies, not the weird supervisors.
The "audit" will "accidentally* bollocks up the evidence to thwart further investigation.
