Someone is going to go to jail... a brokerage house can not just pick and choose what stocks they want to stop trading... on some whim.

But will the SEC to do their jobs.

As bad as this all sounds, there needs to be a mass sell off of everything. All this demonstrates is unless you lose money in their casino, you aren't allowed to play. This goes beyond protecting billionaire hedge funds. Your money is literally being held hostage. A mass sell off might not even be possible, because as they demonstrated in this small example, when they get scared, they'll just keep you from trading. In this instance, you aren't allowed to sell GME, so you have to watch the price go down and are forced to take the loss. You can't buy it, because they would be forced to take the loss. It's not a free market. It's a rigged slot machine.

Yup, and don't forget, you're using THEIR paper money, worst comes to worst and the printers fail to keep up, they just make the dollar 2.0 and abolish old currency. The solution is simole, crypto. Sooner we get people wanting crypto payments over paper money the better.
