FEC used Limit-Up Limit-Down rule to kill AMC momentum. A trading circuit breaker that was triggered at $12.50 (maybe prevented a drop) but then hit at $16.00 and it's been down hill from there with lots of 5 minute Limit-Up Limit-Down pauses :/
