Unconstitutional, some of this law was already stuck down from SCOTUS in regards to a California case. Please know the House is made up of mostly Communists POS and the Senate isn't that bad.

What makes you think the DOJ cares? They're arresting citizens for simple criticism of the government and allowed rogue governors to strip citizens of due process. They will simply deny lawsuits or refuse to hear cases as we seen with election lawsuits.
