And guess what , voting for trump would mean you fail your psychological evaluation

5
Space_Force 5 points ago +5 / -0

Wait, you actually want to own guns? That's a fail right there.

one3five 26 points ago +26 / -0

the psych profession is rife with leftists

wouldn't be a shock to see a surge in citizens being labeled not psychologically sound enough to own a firearm

Unconstitutional, some of this law was already stuck down from SCOTUS in regards to a California case. Please know the House is made up of mostly Communists POS and the Senate isn't that bad.

A_Flappy_Civic 12 points ago +12 / -0

What makes you think the DOJ cares? They're arresting citizens for simple criticism of the government and allowed rogue governors to strip citizens of due process. They will simply deny lawsuits or refuse to hear cases as we seen with election lawsuits.

IslamIsEvil 15 points ago +15 / -0

this is part of the plan to OUTLAW the existence of anyone who would dare to resist or oppose them.

15
tfinley 15 points ago +15 / -0

Since we no longer have a legitimate government do any new laws apply? Really doesn't matter I no longer know anyone who owns guns.

They were all lost in the record breaking MAGA boat parade's. As to where, the best I can do is a 4 digit grid

6
tfinley 6 points ago +6 / -0

I know! I'm really sad but at this point I don't think it would be reasonable to replace them.

7
grndmrshlgando 7 points ago +7 / -0

Don't matter. In the end it will require them to physically come to arrest you and take your guns. And there's only one thing left to do at that point

5
peterstrzoked 5 points ago +5 / -0

If the government ever comes to my home to take my guns and ammo, they are welcome to it.

But they will be getting the ammo first.

2
tfinley 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yep. I know. Just a matter of time.

13
TheSaltyProphet 13 points ago +13 / -0

Fuck them all. We ain’t registering shit. We know chemistry and metal working... we made the shit before, we know how to do it again. Sheila Jackson Lee needs to find jesus or a firing squad.

3
ChickNorris 3 points ago +3 / -0

what about folks that applied for a license to purchase a gun? their names are already in a database and I'm certain at the rate these gestapo tactics are going they will have no problem going to each and every person in that database and arresting them for not registering.

America today - pedos walk free among us, lawful gun owners demonized and required to register in a database. just like people convicted of sex crimes.

No likey. No likey at all.

2
tfinley 2 points ago +2 / -0

I had registered guns. I no longer do. They can come to my home and search. I will have no guns in my home.

and maintain an insurance policy.

The power to require insurance will be how Marxists will kill private property. Own three firearms? That's $1,400 a month and if you don't pay up, you'll get arrested for not having insurance.

Same with cars, If they want private car ownership to end then they will simply manipulate insurance companies to jack up prices so that only the wealthy can afford it.

Fines for knowingly violating the provisions in this bill are not less than (aka minimum) of $50,000 and maximum of $100,000.

Violators of these provisions are also subjected to a minimum 10 years in jail (max 20 years).

6
Hardrocker556 6 points ago +6 / -0

Hahaha....fuck them...my guns are loaded and ready assholes.

6
Fergy 6 points ago +6 / -0

Any suggestions on how to block its passage? Is there an attorney General who can file suit to this unconstitutional bill.

6
JohnDoe81627 [S] 6 points ago +6 / -0

I'm honestly not sure what our options are right now

5
Jaybone86 5 points ago +5 / -0

It won’t be passed.

7
Toe30330 7 points ago +7 / -0

i agree. it will be a fight.. but this bullshit wont be passed... and the federal government cant make laws like this... its up to the states.. i lived in california for a while and while their gun laws are bullshit but its up to individual states to fight it. and take to the SC if necessary. 2A infringement is the quickest way to get states to secede...

GBA4ever 2 points ago +2 / -0

Illinois slow walking FOID applications and ammo can’t be found anywhere. That’s how they do it. Meanwhile gangbangers shooting up the city.

7

0 cosponsors of this bill.

5
Feddny 5 points ago +5 / -0

Come and enforce it. I will not comply.

This is my hill

1
VoidWanderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Hopefully enough others have the same line because otherwise this is the way they end the nation. When enough people give up their guns, it's done.

3
Abovethefray 3 points ago +3 / -0

Thanks for laying down, GOP! This might get messy.

3
JohnDoe81627 [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

Owning 50cal ammo would be illegal.

Magazines with a capacity greater than 10 rounds would be outlawed. (Exception for .22 rimfire mags)

4
Toe30330 4 points ago +4 / -0

No ammo bigger then 50 caliber? haha what the fuck... shotgun slugs are .729 of an inch...

2
Abovethefray 2 points ago +2 / -0

Shhhhhh

2
A_Flappy_Civic 2 points ago +2 / -0

Exception for .22 rimfire mags

Challenge accepted

3
AngeredKabar 3 points ago +3 / -0

What absolute garbage.

If I had any guns I would see how long I could get away with not complying.

Oh no, a felony. That means I won't get to vote or own a firearm when I get out of the slammer..........................

3
deplorabillybot 3 points ago +3 / -0

Sorry, lost all my firearms in a boating accident

2
FutileConundrum 2 points ago +2 / -0

What part of shall NOT be infringed do they not get?

2
JohnDoe81627 [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

But it doesn't say anything about not being regulated... /s

2
yurimodin 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's cool, good thing the govt is no longer legitimate since the election was stolen so I will just do what I want.

Remember how "hostile misgendering" is going to be a mental illness?

2
VoidWanderer 2 points ago +2 / -0

They went one step farther. "Toxic Masculinity" is already considered a "mental illness". All the "hostile misgendering" is going to do is shore up the system in place to catch any stragglers they miss.

I'm thinking that this bill will not pass -- but that does not mean that the people shouldn't raise a hue and cry, let our thoughts be heard...respectfully of course.

And if it did pass...good luck enforcing it.

1
JohnDoe81627 [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

With the red flag laws being passed, they don't have to go door to door. They'll just wait for your children to rat you out

2
operatorstorm712 2 points ago +2 / -0

Well, it is past time to teach your children how to survive in a communist country ;) And they'd still have to go get said weapons -- which might have been lost or something -- that wouldn't be an easy task (unless of course one lets it be so).

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.” ― Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn , The Gulag Archipelago 1918–1956

PS. I certainly don't hate our police or military, as my family has and is full of them. I realize that now they are in a really bad spot, having to serve under totalitarian bastards -- their oaths are of vital importance on every level now. However, I wouldn't lie to them and tell them that the quote I mention above shouldn't be the SOP for every community in the U.S. at this point...and that they should conduct their lives and futures accordingly.

Also, sorry for the book here, but I'd be acquainting ones' children with the book that quote is pulled from ;)

This is the kind of shit that starts wars.

1
rattrigger82 1 point ago +1 / -0

Aren't guns registered when purchased?

1
BiteMeMarxist 1 point ago +1 / -0

So if a criminal uses an illegal handgun with no insurance -- in addition to the criminal penalties he is going to be fined from $50-100k?

This could get very lucrative for government!

1
Truglow 1 point ago +1 / -0

I can't believe Jackson Lee is from Texas. Ghetto queen.

1
VoidWanderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'd love to see them try and enforce that in rural areas. The commies trying to enforce that will end up dead before they even get close to houses. You don't fuck with people like that and get to walk away afterwards.
