There's nothing unethical about wallstreetbets either.

It’s unethical to target your countrymen’s investments for the purpose of destroying him. You should arguably be legally liable for doing this. It’s mobbish terrorist-like behavior. Don’t kid yourself. You would not be saying the same thing if Reddit did this to Trump’s investments.

That's precisely what Hedge Fund companies do, routinely.

They did do this to Trump, are you insane? They financially destroy people - it's what these people do all the time. You might want to watch the video I linked above - it details some things you seem oblivious to and might give some clarity.

In this case some average Americans decided to insert themselves between a targeted company and STOP the short sellers.

All you are doing by short selling is betting against a company. That is nothing like organizing a mob to target a company

What in the hell are talking about targeting by a mob. People bought shares in a company that was being targeted by various hedge funds.

Go try to strike up sympathy for Wallstreet hedge fund companies somewhere else - it isn't flying here, maybe Joe Biden will agree with you.

Nope they openly communicated a plan to coordinate their buys to cause maximum destruction to certain investors

That's not illegal, ever watch business talk shows, ever discuss the markets with friends, joined a subreddit to discuss investments?

You are grasping at straws and making a dead on arrival argument that even the raving lunatics in DC aren't making because they would damn themselves with it if such a silly thing was ever applied.
