IF Cuomo doesn't get sued, I would be very surprised and a class action suit is a good way to do that. People who had loved ones pass away in nursing homes that he and his policy was the reason why it happened should be getting together to sue the state and Cuomo specifically.
Cuomo had the state pass an immunity law that basically makes it impossible to sue for Covid-related malpractice.
Of course they did, you can't beat these criminals. You can't vote them out and you can't use the law against them because they write it.
