So my grandma was in a nursing in home in Queens, ny for temp rehab after a bad fall. After a month of them not letting her family visit she stopped eating and passed( it’s ok she was 103 and passed NOT OF CHINKFLU) we knew a few nurses there. Anyways, my mom asking questions for a few weeks after the fact learned that at my grandmas place 200 of the 400 patients died. Many of chang shivers. Obviously after forcing them back after testing positive. Many roommates had it and the never moved the negative ones out of the room. This was a yr ago. So a small place like that, under counting deaths and smudging the figures isn’t the only one? We certainly know the bigger places are doing the same. Now was it a command? Who knows? But fuck you! And Im sure many wouldev lived longer if they saw family. My gramma was a people person and loved family. Family was her motivation. I know she wouldev been fine at home. It was hard to care for here at my mothers bc she did need a lot of medical equipment. It was only temporary In the end she led a beautiful long life. But fuck all these places. They’re culling the old and useless. I do like to add in this place it was pretty hard to get them home. But back to the point. Ny hierarchy probably threatened the homes. They lied, everyone lied. I’m mad again.
