I've seen YouTube videos of adoptions like this, white parents, black kids or black parents, white kids. It truly is time for state's to take more responsibility for not doing their jobs. Saw one of a white judge lambasting the people in his town for letting a three year old and his sibling back with their ne'er do well mother. History of violence and lack of care. Sent them back again and kid is dead. At one point he had a bump on his head. The "officials" didn't see the need to have the kid checked by a doctor, even with all the history. It's time people pay for doing their job so horribly, and at this sort of cost, they should be fired or put under the jail.
