People are hating on me because I believe what reddit people have done is unethical and really no different than what the banksters of the 1920s did to those they called the "suckers". However, it does not make me sad that the people that created these schemes in the first place are getting a taste of their own medicine. Hopefully some good will come out of all of this.

Hey, don't hate the player, hate the game.

The game THEY created and the rules THEY made up.

It's not our fault we can play it better than them.

This is what we're forced to. When the law fails, we make our own justice.

Yup. In fact, the fallout is going to be great in a way. It will red pill a lot of people. I see the days of us plebs to easily trade going away very soon. The actions that robinhood and team biden have taken, if what I'm reading is true, is effectively communis/fascist in nature.

I will say this, if the people that cooked up this scheme on reddit return or donate the money they made, then I will accept that this stunt was to prove a point in the system and rescind my opinion that what they did was unethical. But I'm afraid this is only going to motivate them to run similar schemes again, since they were successful with this one, I mean even if the target was wall st., there will be plenty of collateral damage to the general public. Let's hope this ends well.

the scheme was cooked up by a reckless hedge fund shorting more shares than existed.

Nobody blames Porsche for holding their VW shares during the 2008 squeeze

Only difference is the people caught them, not Porsche
