The stock market is the biggest, unchecked gambling casino in the history of the world. It has been designed for degenerate gamblers to use the scheme mentality to build the 'poker pot' by 'leveraging' whatever capital they can access, whether borrowed, leveraged, or whatever new scheme they can come up with for revenue access or confiscation.
At Dow less than 3000 they used to be able to gamble (with straddles, shorts. margin, etc... ) with their own money. As the game expanded to include 401(k), 403(B), and IRA, and the markets expanded to global plus Forex, they legislated themselves a way to use YOUR retirement money to gamble with. Still, it's a wild, west poker table where crap investment moves are seized upon by the 'quickest thinking minds' to screw WeThePeople before anyone catches on.
