I think Cox Cable Internet in Arizona is messing with access to Patriots.win

I am in Arizona, and I am getting really spotty access to Patriots.win. Shows unable to contact, unable to connect, unable to initiate a secure connection... all those things, and it appears down for all intents and purposes. If I use my cell data through Verizon, it is 100% up. Is Cox messing with access to Patriots.win?

They are my provider but I always use VPN.

I turned on my VPN and it seemed to make the issue go away.
