I doubt this is true. How would a low-level employee overhear calls? I don't even know who's calling my coworker on the other side of the cubicle wall.

I still don't doubt that something like this happened though.

Interests have to go up. Thats expected. And ridiculous home prices will go down. That is expected too. They are both in a massive bubble.
