If boomers were going to do anything, they would have done it by now. Young men are the only ones who decide the future.

Boomers are the only ones who remember life is great without things millennials can't even imagine living without. You try and take away iphones, Amazon, and Instagram from the twenty somethings I work with. They have been raised to believe they need it, it's synonymous to happiness and well being. Boomers and Gen Xers made up the bulk of the crowd in DC on January 6, make no mistake. Our young men have been pussified and pacified. I'm in my 50's, I served my Country as did my husband, we've had a good run. I have no qualms about laying down my life and taking out a few commies with me. Our young men and women don't yet understand or fear the hammer and sickle that controls them. It will take the boomers to teach them.

At least 1/2 of all millennials are what we call in the coaching trade untrainable. They don't listen to instruction, they think they know better than the coach, and so on. It became so pathetic, I actually gave up on coaching completely. Hopefully, the younger generations are a bit better raised and are more receptive than that shit generation. I mean, look at their disdain for "boomers" or pretty much anyone older, and all of it is rooted in pure emotion, there is no rationale whatsoever, they keep on parroting themselves and others and don't even attempt to try to analyze what and why they are parroting.
