Basic rundown:
- Registration database accessible by anyone
- Mandatory psych exam, training and insurance to buy/own a firearm
- Licensing fee of $800 per firearm
- Magazines over 10 rounds illegal (not NFA, totally illegal)
- All AR15s, Mini-14s/30s, AKs, FAL clones, all AR pistols and a good chunk of semi-auto shotguns become illegal.
At this point, it doesn't matter if you live in a blue, red, purple or tangerine state/district. Get on the horn and get after your reps/senators NOW.
As someone living in a restricted state i can’t wait for scotus to rule on this. I hope it passes. It’s so insane that it has no hope of surviving and it hits on multiple issues all at once.
We know how scotus will rule. It wont. They will sit back and let it happen. Just like the election.
Well if that is the case maybe it will motivate everyone in a free state to start paying attention and to join the fight. But no way this would not be stuck down.
