Basic rundown:

  • Registration database accessible by anyone
  • Mandatory psych exam, training and insurance to buy/own a firearm
  • Licensing fee of $800 per firearm
  • Magazines over 10 rounds illegal (not NFA, totally illegal)
  • All AR15s, Mini-14s/30s, AKs, FAL clones, all AR pistols and a good chunk of semi-auto shotguns become illegal.

At this point, it doesn't matter if you live in a blue, red, purple or tangerine state/district. Get on the horn and get after your reps/senators NOW.

exactly, this is mostly posturing for the upcoming debate on how much infringement is the right amount of infringement. Fuckwads all.

The right amount of infringement is no infringement. They could do away with 90% of what's in here and I'd still say "fuck off".
