This is clearly a PR move to help the RNC. An olive branch from Trump if you will. He obviously thinks a third party is a bad strategy. I certainly hope he gets the mileage he expects to out of this.
Short term move. Wants to get 2022 in the books to stop Pelosi the easiest way. After that look for new party leverage. Not sure it will work given how pissed Patriots are and dumping on GOP.
