I dont beleve they're locked out, they just are prevented from buying any stock, which would cause it to go higher. They can only hold or sell, but i have seen some where some people have been forced to sell.
Yea just locked from buying and i was going to buy today. Theres tommorow., Blackberry BB, Nokia NOK, and AMC are the ones i hear going to go up. Besides gamesstop lol
