Can confirm. In my small town alone we have a large percentage of Branch Covidians that seemingly want this shit to go on forever, as if it gives some meaning to their otherwise meaningless lives. They actively reject and dispute any positive news about the pandemic and attack anyone who questions the lockdowns or the virulence of the virus. Not satisfied with the extent of the lockdowns, they want all businesses shut down, curfews imposed, and many have even called for armed checkpoints restricting all access to the town to residents only. These people are deranged lunatics.
