The solution to this is going to be to ban apps like Robinhood and severely restrict individual's ability to buy stocks by limiting it to having to pay someone who is licensed to buy and sell stocks, gold, etc or through an employer in a retirement plan. No more 20 year olds living in moms basement with money wrecking hedge funds.
