Its true, and it sucks. But theres a lot of factors.

Texans that own border land overwhelming support the wall, because its their land that the illegals are crossing into. However... building the wall sometimes means that these people are actually losing some of their land, or in some cases, their homes end up on the opposite side of the wall. Also, the border isnt exactly static (the river defines some of it, and rivers change) and the land can be too rough for a wall to be built on it (canyons etc) so the wall lands somewhere else...

Please don't blame Texas ranchers. We want this wall. But we also want our ranches...

Its kind of a clusterfuck.
