I did it the other way. Public school my whole life until high-school. We were little hellraisers in the small private school but nothing like the public schools. I remember a kid telling me to put your keys between your fists when you're fighting, so it's sticking out when you punch someone. And a kid getting hit in the head with a big busted piece of concrete. In middle school.
