He's just another victim to BLM's propaganda.
He thinks he's one of the good guys. In his mind, it's all true.
Advice:
Move somewhere else if you're in physical danger. Ignore. Spend time with people who are calmer, who can accept other people having another opinion than their own, and who don't get into heated insanity debates over politics. People who can think for themselves.
This guy is lost atm. You can't change his mind when he is not open to it. His guard is already up.
Ignore and he will realize he's wrong by himself.
Stay out of harms way. We need to find effective solutions for this without anyone getting hurt physically.
