I’ve been saying this for a minute now, it’s not about equality or equity or anything that would be considered noble and just causes; it’s about REVENGE for something that none of us were a part of, nor were they. It’s a scapegoat, a point of blame for their failures and bad decisions of why they can’t “get ahead” or do what they want to do in life. All of our successes or failures are due to our own decisions and how hard we work for them, or even just luck in some cases. At this point in time, no one can blame what happened back then on anyone nowadays. Matter of fact, take a listen or read Thomas Sowell’s book, “Black Rednecks and White Liberals”. It will open your eyes and it cuts the narrative down to nonexistent. Here’s a link for the audio. It’s long but well worth listening to. Hang in there Pede.
