This is literally what he sent me:

You're offspring will reap the demise off your ignorance, be it slavery or another form of retribution. You're unwillingness to acknowledge injustice will bring the wrath of vengeful and irrational beings, seeking reparations in blood. I sought to enlighten you to a reality you were not privy to through the stories of people who lived those hardships. Those "criminals", as you call them, will come to eternally rob you and your next of kin of light... I wish the best for you.

Really fucked up stuff, this was a good friend of mine. What happened to people?

My cousins are the same way. They all fled to the Left coast as soon as they could. We didn't talk about politics at all until they came back for Christmas during their first year away. I blew their minds when I told them i voted for Trump. That was fun to watch.

My Father taught me to question authority and not just blindly follow a group. Discernment was a big part of growing up. I didn't go to a university either. That definitely helped.

I went to university. I was a liberal in my few years. But I learnt you should question everything. I don't know how people go to uni and come out liberal. I get the brainwashing, but there are proper philosophical tools given still in some places
