Fuck, dude, you're overthinking this shit. I'm a Linux admin, and I can tell you straight up, no bullshit, even we don't think about Epoch time. We know it exists, and know what it is, but why would we bother? It's stupid, it's unnecessary, and nobody gives a shit. It's something we learn about, inevitably, as it has a storied history within Unix and Unix-like systems, but it's not necessary in modern iterations. So the only time we think about it is when somebody brings it up in some surely ridiculous scenario, as you have done.

Why would the Trump Team ever use it to signal anything? Epoch time is calculated down to the second. For everything to match up as you are implying, literally everything would have had to go right. Either somebody made these posts and the instant the submit button was hit it went through, or they would have had to have known exactly how many seconds it would have taken the server to process the request. It's just not possible to match Epoch timestamps the way you suggest. And that's ignoring the fact that, and I'm 100% comfortable saying this, 95% of the world doesn't even know what Epoch/Unix time is.
