MARICOPA CO, AZ AUDIT UPDATE 2
Everyone- I know the GME v. Wall Street saga is going on, but respectfully not me, but this movement needs your help. I did hours of research, just to show you how grave this situation is. Some of you told me you thought I didn't give enough evidence as to why these audits are illegitimate. I am going to put some cards on the table that I really shouldn't, but I feel enough of what I have already posted has since hit local news in Arizona and elsewhere, but I need you to understand the gravity of this situation in Maricopa County, Arizona, and the audit that is taking place on February 2nd and 8th to hopefully create a unified voice we can direct at the board of supervisors in Maricopa County, and the legislature. This will be long but bear with me, it's important.
Why are they doing a non-legitimate audit of Maricopa County? What does it even matter?
This goes back to Dominion. Dominion (And Eric Coomer) are currently suing Rudy Giuliani for defamation for $1.3 billion dollars, Sidney Powell is being sued for defamation for $1.3 billion dollars, and are also going to file the same lawsuit against: Joseph Oltmann, Michelle Malkin, Eric Metaxas, Chanel Rion, James Hoft, Russell Ramsland Jr. (ASOG), L. Lin Wood, Mike Lindell (My Pillow CEO), Patrick Byrne, Lou Dobbs, Fox News, Fox Business, Newsmax, One America News Network (OAN), Melissa Carone (Witness in MI), and The Epoch Times. They also plan on suing Donald Trump himself, and members of his family.
Also, Dominion plans to doxx myself and ASOG's entire team through their "doxxing" legal strategy via Michigan's 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin Elsenheimer approving their doxxing January 11th, making our names public record. They plan to file defamation lawsuits, bankrupt us, and probably do much more than just that.
Back to why this audit matters. These sham audits, recounts, etc, that have been done in places like Georgia, are going to be used as evidence in these cases to prove basically every key member or contributor in the MAGA movement, and bankrupt them. There's more. They cannot impeach Trump- don't have the votes. But they are planning on "censuring" Trump (requires less votes than impeachment). I don't know what that specifically entails, besides I was told it would bar him from running for political office. I know this is probably patently illegal/unconstitutional, but take a look around and ask yourself is something unconstitutional actually being carried out that shocking?
They want to shut down every media outlet, demolish every member of the MAGA movement top to bottom with these lawsuits, they aren't hot air.
Also, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Florida, Colorado, Minnesota, New Mexico are looking to audit Dominion, and are watching AZ closely. This sham audit is completed, these states aren't going further with anything. Also, Dominion is also expanding into other states, this sham audit goes through, your voting rights will go from meaningless to nonexistent.
Who is auditing Maricopa Co. And why?
First off, Maricopa Counties Board of Supervisors have denied the physical ballots to the state legislature. The state legislature is trying to conduct their own audit, who I have spoken with, which WOULD be 100% legitimate, but without your voice, it'll never happen. I do know Dr. Rapacki, I do know what he is saying. I don't know if he's mistaken or if the interviews that have popped up are old, but currently:
Quote (Jan. 28): "Maricopa County will contract with two companies, Pro V&V and SLI Compliance, to conduct the audit. Those are the only two auditors certified by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, according to county spokesman Fields Moseley. A proposed settlement agreement between the Senate and the county would require the Senate to use an EAC-approved auditor."
Meaning, the independent team I was to be a part of that should be auditing Dominion in AZ, could not be used as was planned by the state legislature as none of us are EAC certified.
Pro V&V and SLI Compliance are the two companies auditing Dominion. Why is that? The EAC has basically duopolized election system certification to these two companies. How did this happen? Jessica Bowers, recently the director of certification for Dominion and a 10-year veteran with them, became the EAC's CIO. So basically, Dominion- an elections systems company, got their own employee to in effect lead the agency responsible for certifying them for use.
Let me share with you what these two companies are.
Pro V&V: Pro V&V were just backdoored accreditation by the EAC, they actually had no accreditation to certify Dominion for the 2020 election, as their accreditation lapsed in 2017. Pro V&V also sits on the CISA council WITH Dominion. Only three employees can be found belonging to Pro V&V, who supposedly operate out of a small single office suite.
First on the docket, their "audit" of Dominion for GA SoS Raffensberger:
What was this audit actually? They extracted the software and checked the components to ensure they were the same as what they themselves certified for use. No vulnerabilities testing, no analysis of the source code, nothing.
If you take a look here, and this damns them beyond just a conflict of interest in auditing Dominion, Pro V&V actually stated in court, quote: "“plainly indicated that he actually claims no specialized knowledge or background in cybersecurity engineering and did not himself perform any security risk analysis of the BMD [Ballot Marking Device] system.”" “State Defendants relied on Dr. (Eric) Coomer’s testimony, to address—based on his professional experience—some of the significant cybersecurity issues raised by Plaintiffs.”
So Pro V&V stated in court, A.) They're morons who shouldn't be auditing a paper bag let alone technology, and B. Relied on a senior Dominion employee that Dominion was safe, secure, and certified for use in the 2020 election.

The president of V&V (I don't want to call them pro's) also audited the 2019 Philippines election, which I would probably shock you by telling you they found no fraud. V&V also have reported no revenue since 2011 to the SEC. Multiple studies have shown the Philippines elections for quite some time have been fraudulent. Most notably, the "Hello Garci" scandal.

SLI Compliance: SLI Compliance is even more shady than Pro V&V if you thought that was even possible. Ironically, SLI were also called in by the Phillipines to audit their 2010 election. SLI's last audit before 2020 was in 2013 in Colorado, that's it. SLI also have no publicly listed current EAC accreditation similar to V&V. SLI certified Dominion just like Pro V&V did for use in the 2020 election, namely in Pennsylvania.
SLI's parent company is GLI LLC (Gaming Labs International, LLC), who certify gambling machines for casinos. They are owned by James Maida, who was a NJ Gaming Commission attorney. Interestingly, Gaming regulators in Nevada levied a $125,000 fine against GLI for integrity breach and systems testing omissions. The fine is the largest ever levied against a test lab. GLI has also been fined in Tennessee and Missouri for testing errors.
What can and/or what do we do?
We need to blow this up huge. I know some of you are very pessimistic, but I hope I've underscored the gravity of this situation. We need to organize, e-mail and call every single person who can make a change, and at the very least- let them know we know this audit is a sham, and request an open and transparent audit of people who do not have a conflict of interest, who know what they're doing, and do not have little to any credibility. The legislature in AZ is on our side, the Board of Maricopa Co. is not. Here are the contact details, please, e-mail, and call, and make your voice heard.

Yes, absolutely. That’s a point I made in my post. It’s patently absurd to have the certification company do the auditing.
So let me make sure I understand:
Senior leadership within these auditing companies have direct ties to Dominion
These same auditing companies certified Dominion previously as being safe (so if it turns out they're not safe it will cause reputation harm to the audit companies)
Independent auditing companies with no ties to Dominion are being fought against tooth-and-nail from ever seeing Maricopa County ballots.
FBI investigates FBI and determines FBI did nothing wrong, FBI then sues anyone saying the FBI investigation of the FBI is fraudulent.

It can be said from them sitting on a CISA board with Dominion, and certifying Dominion, it is at minimum a conflict of interest. They also have been used previously in GA to “audit,” and both in the Philippines, both have horrible track records. And yes, they only want the two to audit, offering no recourse to the legislature, who should and do have total control. This board is meaningless to the legislature.

It looks like you won’t be able to do a results audit (checking if votes match) as the results were finalized. You can only do a process audit. So you have two paths here: sue to unfinalize the results, on the basis that the machines were not certified by an accredited company before the election. Just sue to cancel the finalization. Then ask for a result audit once they properly certified the machines but before they finalize it once again.
Second path is the process audit: they will most likely check that the machines are following the checklist here

Which means that you have to find a flaw in that. You should also ask for a test run of the machines to make sure they work properly. For that chose an adequate sample number (1% of total votes) and make new ballots in proportion of the results in the county. Make sure to mention that those are not real ballots, as this would be a result audit, just process-verification ones, but with the same data as the original ones in order to be treated in the same by the algorithm. You have the numbers, just check that the machines (more than one of course) actually count the votes properly. And if you are certain that they indeed are connected to the internet, while running that test it would be a great time to have someone change the color of their hat...
I’ve already audited Dominion machines in Antrim Co. Michigan. I have a whole hell of a lot that I can do with what I know and have, especially with a second crack at it. Specifically regarding remote connections.
Not to distract from the subject but you did mention remote connections. I happened to come across this site "aihitdata.com" that is a business related search engine that constantly trolls the internet looking for changes in business structures from company's websites.
I searched for SCYTL and noticed a lot of ip addresses listed for the company. From 2016 to 2021-01-17 just about all of the addresses trace back to Frankfurt Germany. The latest ones now trace to Madrid Spain.
In a recent press release Scytl insisted that they closed their servers in Frankfurt on Sep. 19th, 2019. But this data appears to indicate otherwise. Don't know if it can help you or not but I just thought I'd pass it along.

If going down the second path (process audit) it would be necessary that the voting machines are in LIVE election mode rather than logic & accuracy testing. In 2006 three individuals from Princeton University wrote a malicious program that changed the voting algorithms on a Diebold AccuVote-TS Voting Machine in a lab environment. The malware could tell if the voting machine was in testing or live election mode and would not activate if in test mode. Granted, older machine but Diebold was purchased by Dominion.

The big thing though other than voting rights is the defamation cases by Dominion and Coomer, those are a lot more serious than people think. I know Lin Wood said fuck off basically to them for Powell, but these are serious, and they’re gaining ground on evidence.

It is literally the exact same problem as Bev Harris discovered and uncovered almost 2 decades ago. This problem will never be fixed, because the entire US politician system depends on the Machine Fraud in order for the Elites to choose the winners and losers.
Diebold simply name changed to ES&S and Dominion bought them up.
Sidenote: Dominion’s entire EMS is based on Accuvote, the same software referenced in Black Box Voting.
We can still at least expose this. We’re more technologically intelligent than we were than, while I don’t know what can be done with it, I know with what we can get it will light a fire too large to quench.

I like Raheem Kassam's suggestion that AZ should have sort of a "hack off" where both sides get to examine the machines with their experts (they can sign NDAs regarding the Dominion proprietary rights). They would let them each present and defend their findings.

If I remember correctly, legislatures cannot call for direct legal actions against private citizens. Those would be bills of attainder, and the US constitution doesn't allow them. It's one of he reasons a president can't be impeached after he's left office.

Hey guys, just a final update for today. I don’t expect anything until Monday, but the board of supervisors at any time could give up. It’s a waiting game till Monday where they literally pick handcuffs or turn everything over that has been requested. We think they may give up tomorrow on it, I personally don’t, but we shall see.
If you see any misinfo, slam it down. We are not being paid, other than expenses, I think the total payment for 8 people is a little under 10k in total, for a 7-10 day, 8 hour per day audit. You do the math, am I doing this for my big pay day of a little more than a $1000 which is spent on a room, food, and travel?

Gateway Pundit had a great article about how the 2 companies listed to do the audit aren't even certified to do such a thing. They let their certifications expire and they have worked with Dominion in the past to where one of their heads was a Dominion employee for a decade.

Reminds me of actuary analysis of Union pension funds when Obama changed the pension protection act to officially “underfund” pensions requiring them to set new targets on fixed income securities, which essentially created the second part of the credit crisis. We had local guys (actuarial) stating the funds weren’t underfunded per longer term analysis, yet the Unions all used the same actuaries to basically cut benefits to their members to bolster their assets. They then retired all the top brass with cash payouts who pushed it through and screwed all their members down the line. The market recovered and the funds are now 2-3x their original balance, yet the retirees and future pensioners will get less. When I was involved in the investments they had 800 million, they now have 2.4 billion with less members and lower pension benefit. Quite the sham.

Sounds like you need to push conflict of interest if dominion people are in the auditing board. You also need to pull in texas evidence who found dominion had no security. You also need to blow out the reps in every state trying to bring dominion in.

They will not turn over the physical ballots. They’ve been subpoenaed to do so, the judge just went “welp, nothing I can do!” when they said no.
And I can’t get the accreditation because the only person who can give it to me is a Dominion plant.

I have one little update from today I want to share now, the rest you guys most likely know (we want to hand count 550,000 ballots (about 1/4 of the total) (I think this is the major sticking point because I still do not believe the originals exist), access to the machines, all 16 members of the AZ legislature on board with SR-1005- the board have until the vote on Monday to allow ASOG to audit or the legislature will charge the BoS with contempt, few other things but hopefully I’ll share those once I get my foot in the door of the MCTEC building).
I didn’t want to put all my chips on the table about who other than General Waldron (who is still leading the team) as I knew what they’d say (ASOG IS BIASED!!!) but ASOG are behind the audit in Maricopa.
I tell you this to tell you I have agreed with ASOG that my resume be released publicly to help this along, I’m putting a lot on the line here.
All I ask, which I don’t think I have to worry about you guys- but just please respect my privacy and don’t speculate on who I am when those come out (if the media even bother to release them).
More importantly, I’m not losing faith, the legislature aren’t, and this team isn’t either. WE ARE NOT LEAVING UNTIL THIS AUDIT IS DONE.

I know you are not involved with the paper ballots, but the AZ board has been saying loudly/frequently in the media today that it is "against the law" to show anyone the paper ballots. I am involved on all fronts, just admittedly I don’t know much about how to audit paper haha. There’s a fatal flaw in their logic- it is not up to them in the least, anything really to do with this. It is up to the legislature to request an audit, and the BoS basically to provide what is needed for the request. How they are playing it now is like they’re two legislatures, they’ve vested themselves power they weren’t given to have equal footing, they have no say lol. That’s why they keep losing in court.

I have met him, he’s definitely not a part of our team, but he may have separately entered into an agreement with AZ to do the paper audit. At this time I don’t believe that to be the case. We have our own guys for paper, but he may be called upon there. The legislature want a large, no stone unturned audit to be done.
We already know they stole the election. For this to matter it would require a department within the U.S. that dealt with making sure there was justice in the world. It would also would require another federal department that would investigate crimes. Then we would need attorneys who would take general cases like these in front of some system of people who could judge the evidence.
We have none of these things.

I don’t know why he wasn’t told, the independent firm selected isn’t Jovan or Waldron. They did ask and were in talks to do separate things, but they were never in the running for the Dominion audit.
It’s similar people to who I worked with in Antrim, I mean you can say Ramsland is biased I guess just from the fact he’s a Republican, but I worked with libertarians, independents, democrats, nobody there took the job any different than any other. I’ll try to boil it down into a small package, I’ll tell you I don’t know anything about ballots, just Dominion.
Dominion’s certified firmware is updated right before the election, they receive ballots, immediately sends 50-90% into adjudication.
In adjudication, they’re automatically changed en mass to Biden. Not to have overwhelming Biden wins, but an algorithmic method to have a win significant enough legally to try to stop recounts and other post election legal action.
Dominion updates their firmware again post election to specifically wipe adjudication logs, and disable some other features and functionality
Can you help explain a confusing piece to even those of us following, when you get a chance? I am assuming there are 2 ballot scenario types? First in person on a dominion machine in which your ballot or selections are made by your inputs on the machine. Does it appear that when X percent of voters selecting Trump the machine marks the ballot as having chosen Biden or does this occur at tabulation which should result in two totally different numbers between tabulator and ballot hand count or even retabulation on a clean machine? If the ballot is marked incorrectly at the selection point this would be very diffucult to see unless you could poll 25-50% of those voted and see what votes were recorded for them. The 2nd scenario is for mail in ballots. This should be easier to audit if you have the original ballots and the tabulations. The changing of votes would have to take place at the counting not the marking. Can you elaborate or clear any of that up?
All the ballots are basically majority thrown into adjudication during tabulation. How Dominion works is, say you feed 50 ballots in. While it tabulates those 50, it will automatically throw 50-90% into adjudication, where it flips them as needed. There is some weird stuff with the absentee ballots, but unfortunately I don’t know anything about the ballots themselves, if there was ballot stuffing or fake ballots, I couldn’t answer, never seen a ballot anywhere, and no one else has either.
Dominion also optically images the ballots post adjudication, and from what I know in at least two states, the originals have been destroyed. All they did was print out the ballot images which just display a machine marked check mark for the choice selected.
So when they do “recounts,” they recounting the post adjudication ballots made by the machine- not the originals.
I hope that answers your question- if it doesn’t I apologize, feel free to ask away.

Just an outsider paying attention to this discussion with several question on the scope and timeline of this audit. From what I heard from the senate, the audit will honor the subpeona. On your recent update you replied to someone saying that they won't hand over the original physical ballots so did that change? Do you guys have access to just the ballot images or both the paper ballots and images? As for the timeline, I heard that it is next week. Is the BOS still doing their sham audit? If so, iirc, don't they have a one day advantage as their Dominion lackeys come in on the 2nd and the senate's is on the 3rd? Would they be able to mess with the results of your audit? I'm remaining somewhat omptimistic as they appear to only be doing a nandful predetermined by the board so the ones they touch will likely have to least fraud.
Yeah, if you read through my post history, I’ve given updates since this post of every update in what is going on. I am in AZ now and spoke with the team lead and 2 legislatures who have are backs 1000% percent.
They still will not hand over the physical ballots submitted because “we certified the election already”. They were well aware before I even told them that the ballot images are completely useless, they don’t want them. But I will note, I’m not involved at all on the ballot side- only the audit of Dominion’s machines. But also, I know from Georgia and Michigan the physical ballots (not the reproductions) don’t exist.
The BoS are having V&V on the 2nd and SLI on the 8th, looking like I’ll be in on the 3rd.
They certainly could mess with the machines, but I know these people- they don’t know anything about technology. It’s two middle aged women who mostly have backgrounds in the health industry (non tech). I am familiar from Antrim their obfuscation methods using firmware updates, were prepared if they introduce another update.
The problem however lies in if they simply refuse turning over the machines, or allowing us in to the MTEC building in Phoenix, the judge thus far has been a lot of talk but a complete push over.

This claim is so bullshit. First they say they picked them because they were reputable and certified. Then when their "experts" get exposed for not meeting their requirements, they switch up saying they want people to protect the source code. They did the same thing in Michigan where the SOS stretched the definition of source code to prevent certain info not relating to source code about Dominion from being spread. Plus it's a damn scanning and counting machine. They should not be worried about the source code. Another point is that these are professionals, not random mischievous defcon hackers so they wouldn't leak it in the first place.

But, I am fairly confident in the legislature that they are using their power granted to them to do our audit. That gets done, the dominoes fall. PA, NV, WI, CO, 16 states will audit too. The country is watching.

I know almost for a fact the machines firmware has been updated, I know also almost for a fact from GA (Jovan) and MI (ASOG/myself- though just to note I am NOT an employee of ASOG) the original ballots are gone (they have post adjudication reproductions of the ballots which cannot be audited for anything, as Dominion replaces all human markings with check marks and there’s no signatures)
We found out a ton in MI, even with just what’s publicly available, but AZ will be the domino that makes 16 other states available to auditing, forces Dominion out of the U.S and out of their lawsuits, and what legally else can come of it I’m unsure of. I just want to make a statement as you will see there is a scribd document containing the names of Antrim auditors floating around released earlier yesterday that I did not notice from dealing with this. CNN and other “journalists” under the guise of reporting are trying to basically have us and are families all hunted by naming us in as many platforms as possible.
I will and am not stopping, and I want to say I am NOT named on the document, but if you see the document, they are taunting the release of my name and other members of the teams names, deposing me, suing me, having me hunted, etc.
I find this to be of no coincidence of the timing of its release, and it has motivated me to the point of doing whatever I can at any cost to make a difference in these dark times.
